MPI MP60L är en precisions-RF-mikropositionar utformad för noggrann och stabil RF-mätning i test- och mätapplikationer. Den är byggd med fullständig kolstålskonstruktion och levererar överordnad positioneringsnoggranhet och stabil kontakt under längre perioder, vilket gör den ideal för RF-provplacering på halvledare och testwafers.
MP60L är vänsterhänd-varianten av MPIs RF-positionerserie och har spelfri drift samt universell gränssnittskompatibilitet med alla provarmarna. Enhetlig Z-riktningskontroll och ergonomisk manuell drift med en stark magnetisk bas möjliggör fin provplacering för hög kontaktkvalitet och oöverträffade mätresultat.
